I grew up walking Newton’s streets, going to school in Waltham, and watching our neighborhoods evolve long before I ever sold a home here. Today, I channel that lifelong familiarity—and a background in business, marketing, and residential construction—into guiding clients through some of their biggest decisions with clarity and confidence.

After graduating from Providence College with a degree in Business and Marketing, I worked closely with residential construction and development. That experience fundamentally shapes how I advise my clients. I don’t just see a floor plan or a pretty kitchen. I see structure, systems, build quality, and the true cost and timing behind potential changes. Whether you’re evaluating a new construction townhouse in Newton or an older colonial in Needham, I’ll walk you through what’s realistic so there are no surprises after closing.

I specialize in helping clients buy and sell across Newton, Waltham, Watertown, and the Greater Boston and MetroWest areas. My role is equal parts strategist and partner: analyzing neighborhood data, leveraging off-market and pre-market opportunities through my network, and crafting thoughtful pricing and marketing plans that position you to win—whether that means securing your dream home or selling for an exceptional result.
